  2. The firm or individual, found to be repetitively violating the terms of PageUp PR Network, shall be liable to be banned. PageUp PR Network shall ban their IP addresses; the credit cards used to make payments for the press releases and prohibit such users from putting up either paid or free press releases on the network of PageUp PR Network.
     
  3. To prove its integrity, PageUp PR Network can also deem it justifiable to publish on its network the complaints against alleged press releases accompanied with supporting evidences and all other relevant materials.
